What is House Healing & property clearing?

House healing is the removal of negative energetic disturbances within buildings, and on the land. The removal of these disturbances rebalances and realigns the subtle energies within homes, other buildings on the property, and on the land, itself allowing the home’s occupants to maintain a balanced sense of well-being.

People often find they can’t sleep, feel hyperactive or lethargic all the time or experience dizziness for example. Sometimes, they may feel uncomfortable in certain rooms or sense someone is watching them when there is no living person present.

How I clear the detrimental energy from buildings

Dowsing and psychic connection are the two main tools I utilise to clear energetic disturbances from buildings. Dowsing is an ancient method used to gather information by connecting with the subtle energy in a person’s field, the home, business property, or on the land by using copper rods or a pendulum. The dowsing tool ( a pendulum, in my case) is held and connects to the subtle energetic field of information around a person or within a property. By asking questions that require a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer, I can gather important information about a client’s situation and find solutions.

Before I start energy work on your home or land, I connect with the resident guardian energies of your property and seek permission to remote view the building and land. I can work remotely anywhere in the world via the client’s permission name, address, and a floor plan of their property. I print out and use the floor plan to connect with each room and mark the location of detrimental energetic aspects through dowsing. The client receives a 17-page detailed report outlining the findings  and removal of each individual type of energy aspect with in the property.

How do paranormal energies affect my home or business place?

Lower vibrational energies

These energy beings can be present within buildings, or on the land because they are attracted to a build-up of negative emotions or trauma left behind by the previous owners of the property or the current family in the home are experiencing detrimental personal issues and situations.

Dark energy presence can be disrupting to the new occupants, even pets and possibly cause:

Spirits may be interactive and make their presence known using various environmental methods, such as footsteps in the night, moving or misplacing objects, turning on electrical items, or suddenly draining brand new batteries. Other times, you may feel like someone is watching you, following you or standing over your bed while sleeping, and some spirits have the ability to speak or show themselves in full form.

I can connect with spirits and listen, support, and help them understand that they have the option to cross over into the Afterlife to be with family members. Once the spirit has moved on, the home and its inhabitants will feel a noticeable change in the energetic feel of their home.

How can objects affect the energy of my home?

Objects can hold both positive and negative emotional imprints from previous owners or people who have handled the object in the making or selling processes. The energetic imprints are from people’s emotional energy or traumatic experiences.

Do you ever sense energy from items? People are more sensitive than they think towards subtle energies all around us. They often put feelings down to food they ate or a late night out as the cause of changes in the mental and emotional state.

  • Do you ever pick up an item and feel unwell or get a headache?
  • Can’t sleep on a second-hand mattress that someone gave you?
  • Have you ever been given an item and don’t like it but can’t say why?
  • Mental health issues increase without a probable cause.
  • A piece of furniture comes into the house, and family members don’t like it but don’t know why.?
  • Sleep patterns change or people experience nightmares after a new item comes into the home.

Those are some of the signs of negative energetic imprints on items. I have had many experiences and felt unsettling energy coming from personal items or furniture. The spirit of past owners can sometimes still be attached to their possessions. They can either stay in the home or travel with their favourite item from one new owner to another.

Even the structure of buildings can hold or absorb negative energy. During house healing work, I always ask the building if it is happy and investigate areas of distress. I can then clear any detrimental emotions, memories, and harmful energetic build-up from the structure of the building as well as the furnishings, and other contents. 

Where do energetic imprints come from? 

Energetic imprints mostly come from living people. The longer someone owned a particular object determines the level of energy melded into it. The item can hold positive or negative emotional energy, habitual energy, or energy from arguments or violent acts.

In the natural realm, all living things are living entities and have their own unique energy. Trees, for example, can be unhappy about being cut down or the way builders treat the wood; therefore, the wood may hold negative energy imprints. Repurposed or recycled timber can be unhappy when relocated, and the newly built item or structure can have an uncomfortable or unwelcoming feeling for the owners and occupiers.

The use of black magic, curses, and spells can imprint buildings and items with negative energy. The detrimental imprint goes with the objects into every new home and can affect the building and the occupants until the harmful energy is removed.

In the first couple of days I kept asking the kids “does it feel any different”, It felt like the house was lighter, and I felt like a weight had been lifted off me… Since then I have been out and about more, not feeling pulled down with ‘can’t be bothered feelings’. The house doesn’t feels stagnant anymore. The other big moment is that my son and his girlfriend went house hunting last week and bought a house! They had been toying with the idea for 12 months or so but not really seriously considering it… but since the house clearing, well all sorts of new decisions are being made.

Wow. There is so much to say on so many different levels. First and foremost, Anna came very highly recommended to me when I wasn’t even looking. I myself am an energy worker who practices Reiki and Feng Shui, and was talking to someone about dowsing and geopathic stress and some issues I had been having.

Even though I personally do my own clearings and healings, Anna’s work is healing on a completely different realm. I was experiencing a lot of emotional energy, as I typically do with the work I do, and being an empath it is sometimes harder to clear or decipher what is my own and what isn’t. Things in general were feeling very heavy and overwhelming for me lately before I met Anna and I have to say her work blew me away.
Because I am in the states, and Anna is in Australia, there was a big time difference and I knew of a general time frame (within days) that Anna would be working on my home, but didn’t know the exact day specifically.
It was a Tuesday, and my daughter came home from High School and walked in and immediately stopped in her tracks and looked around and turned to me. “Mom, did you do a space clearing because the house feels AMAZING!” I do do space clearings on a regular basis, but this time I hadn’t though, and my daughter again told me how great the house felt. (She also is very attuned to energy)

That same Tuesday afternoon, my sister came over and used my bathroom downstairs and came outside and asked me what I had done in the bathroom because it smelled amazing. Even after that, a third person, my girlfriend, not knowing what my daughter or sister had said earlier, came out from the bathroom asking me what was different about the bathroom and it smelled so great. I told both of them- nothing- I haven’t changed anything. The same lavender vanilla candles that were in there the year before are still the only scented things in there. I learned the next day via email and the report that Anna had completed the house clearing. In her report she specifically talked about the downstairs bathroom and what she had done to lighten up the space vibrationally. I was astounded.

Someone asked me recently about her work and I said, “The best thing I can say as to what my home now feels like is and atmosphere of shiny diamonds.” And even just this morning (weeks after Anna’s work has been done) my sister was in my driveway looking at my home and told me she swears she saw an aura/ glow around my home. I told her I had just been meditating and drawing in the light at the same time. I believe Anna has literally lifted some sort of a veil, allowing the work that I do to be amplified on a multitude of levels and layers. Things can be felt and seen more clearly and I am so super grateful to have been introduced to her and the work that she does.
I definitely will be using her in the future to assist with my own personal clearings annually, as I feel it’s so important for my own subtle energy work.

“We recently had to replace the battery bank connected to our off grid solar system on the house. Having gone through the required replacement steps, we thought we could enjoy the new batteries minus the limitations we had from old, faulty ones.

Turns out we were wrong. They were losing charge way too quickly for new batteries, which had us asking tech experts on how to solve this dilemma, to which, only led to dead ends. That is until Anna did a ‘clearing’ on the house and the new batteries. I’ve known Anna for a few years, via a House Healing Network I am a member of. But it wasn’t until recently I worked with Anna, I wish I’d done it sooner.
After the first clearing on the block I live in, I felt a big shift. My neighbours downstairs commented after a weekend away, that it was the first time it had felt good coming back home to the building for years. For me too, it’s hard to pinpoint, but there’s just been so much more peace, and less so called interference.
It’s a very old building and we carried out a second round of clearings, and again an instant shift and rebalance was experienced. I also discussed Anna’s findings with people who have lived in the building for longer than me, so knew the history, and there was a huge amount of confluence and accuracy… some jaws dropped.

Hi Anna
Thank you so much for the Energy Clearing that you did for me and for my home 3 weeks ago.
My sleep has improved and have more energy to go on with daily work. Also I feel happy all the time for no reason 😆 which my family is finding hard to believe, that means that I have been living with spookies in me and in my home for a long time.
